Tale of how The Industry did it
The Industry did it in such a way according to trailer #3: the trucking being filled with boxed goods would come down from Canada into the U.S. this process occurring after 1973. The destination would be certain factories but not factories for creating goods. The factories of destination were factories that would run the boxed goods through the factories from the trucks attaching labels to the very tight boxed goods labeling them Completed. Then from the factories after this process the boxed goods would goto the prospective wholesaler/warehouses. This to escape the import tax as being from Canada; then to both collect and distribute the windfall/shortfall amount. It was the distribution of the windfall/shortfall amount which was how The Industry did it; the distribution would be to various alliances throughout the Industry.
