Time created--sometime between the creation of Adam, and before the Flood of Noah.
"And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, that the sons of God (fallen angels) saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose...There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown." (Gen. 6:1-2, 4).
Character type--men of might; received renown; had trait of old; not necessarily of high intellect; insolent.
Physical appearance--close to 9 to 13 feet in height; spears weighed around 33 pounds; coats of armour weighed around 125 pounds; six fingers on each hand; six toes on each foot.
Biological type--offspring between daughters of men and fallen angels; category of hybrids; unable to procreate.
Lifespan--unknown; were able to survive the Flood likely by direction of satanic angels either by going underground, or else, other terrestrial planet.
Habitation--only biblical recorded habitation: in the earth in time of Noah; and land of Canaan at time of Exodus.
"For...God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;" (2 Peter 2:4).
"And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day." (Jude 6).
